Limitations of Liability

Capture Collective Studios shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Use or any Studio Rental Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Governing Law
1. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
2. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any Studio Rental Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Capture Collective Studios with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Capture Collective Studios.
